Membership Details & Fees

By supporting CAMEMS through your membership, you will be supporting medieval and early modern studies in Canterbury and its surrounding areas. You will be helping to connect academic institutions with wider public audiences and facilitate new partnerships between organisations working with a common goal. Your membership fees will allow CAMEMS to provide financial and promotional assistance to its partners, sponsoring events and initiatives relating to medieval and early modern studies and offering developmental opportunities to students and young people.

In exchange, CAMEMS members will be able to enjoy access to all events hosted by our partner organisations. Members will receive a quarterly newsletter with all relevant details about upcoming events and initiatives relating to medieval and early modern studies in and around Canterbury.

For alumni/ae of the University of Kent and Canterbury Christ Church University, CAMEMS membership will connect you to fellow researchers with shared academic interests. Some events organised by our partners throughout the year will be designated ‘alumni/ae events’ to allow to you connect in person.
